Our Return Policy
Please return products within 30 days for exchange, credit, or refund. Partially or completely damaged product will be assessed a damage charge. Returned lab packs, network, or site licenses will be charged a 25% handling fee. Items originally paid with credit card may be charged a return fee based on credit card processing fees and are determined at the time of refund/credit.
